Delivery (UK Mainland)

    Delivery within 1- 4 working days from the date the order was placed (Delivery times can be affected due to annual holidays and the busy Christmas season, and further stock intake days, which occur 4 times annually).

    Note: Large orders can be split up into multiple (parcel) consignments, and can arrive on different days

    • Free Shipping on orders over £40
    • Orders under £40 are £3.95 to mainland UK
    • Express Delivery is £5.95 to mainland UK (1-2 working days)

    Outside UK Mainlands

    • Includes: The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey), Republic of Ireland.
    • Delivery between 5 to 10 working days from the date the order was placed.
    • Delivery cost of £8.99

    Returns

    We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you are unhappy, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

    All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 30 days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.

    Please create an account using the original email address used to place the order, simple navigate to your order, and select the items which you wish to return.

    Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.

    Supamart will provide a paid return label on any of the following:

    • Faulty product
    • Damaged product (Please note: Slight pressing/damage to the outer packaging boxes or tissue cases will NOT be regarded as damaged goods as they are considered transit wear & tear).
    • Receiving an incorrect product.
    • We would require photographs of the damaged items claims please forward your images to info@supamart.co.uk

    Supamart will NOT provide a paid return label on any of the following :

    • I changed my mind.
    • I didn't like the item.
    • I placed the order by mistake.
    • I do not want the item anymore.
    • Other.

    Note: A return request will be declined if the conditions are not met.  However the buyer is more than welcome to send the parcel back on their own behalf.

    Faulty/damaged or missing items need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving them. Unfortunately missing items will not be re-sent out; however we will refund you in full on the item pending our investigation on the missing item. Please allow 24-48 hours on a missing item case.

    Please note that we cannot accept return on oral hygiene products and catering stock as this is to help protect our staff and customers. Please make sure you read the description before purchasing. If you have any questions regards the items please contact us before making a purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

    Disclaimer (on all items not returned with our paid return):  Supamart UK will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. Please enclose the original order form when returning your item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.

    Missed Delivery 

    Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the parcel. If the buyer is not home and no prior instructions were provided to the carrier company, Supamart will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged parcels.

    All tracking numbers are sent via email once the order is packed and dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder. Alternatively, you may contact us at info@supamart.co.uk for assistance.

    Delayed Parcels

    For delayed parcels that have not been received, customer should contact info@supamart.co.uk and a case file will be opened. Customer should contact within 14 working days, after this point no case will be filed. Delays are sometimes inevitable due to weather, road works & holiday seasons. If a parcel has been delivered after 14 days from shipping date, the customer is in its right to ask a refund for the postage costs, provided there is evidence of so. Please contact us as soon as possible, after 5 days of non-movement of your parcel (can be viewed via the tracking information provided on order email.)

     

    Order Cancellation Requests

    You are able to cancel any order after placing the order (subjecting that they have not been packed and sent into trailer ready for delivery). Orders that need to be cancelled can be done so by contacting us on info@supamart.co.uk.

    Please place order number in return so that the return can be allocated accurately.
