Delivery – UK Mainland
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–4 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, or scheduled stock intake (which occurs four times a year).

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

  • Delivery Options:

    • Express Delivery: Arrives in 1–3 working days.

    • Standard Delivery: Arrives in 2–4 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Large orders may be split into multiple parcels and could arrive on different days.

  • For orders over 6400kg, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Delivery – Outside UK Mainland
We deliver to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey), and Republic of Ireland.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

How to Return:

  1. Create an account using the email used to place your order.

  2. Select the items you'd like to return from your order history.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return. Your bank may take 3–7 working days to show the refund.

Free Return Labels Provided For:

  • Faulty or damaged products (excluding minor packaging wear & tear).

  • Incorrect items received.
    Photographic evidence is required. Please email images to info@supamart.co.uk.

Return Shipping Not Covered If:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You ordered by mistake.

  • You no longer want the item.

Important Notes:

  • Faulty, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We do not reship missing items, but a full refund will be issued after investigation.

  • Returns are not accepted for oral hygiene products or catering stock for hygiene and safety reasons.

Disclaimer:
If returning without our prepaid label, you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking reference.

Missed Deliveries & Delays:

  • It’s the buyer’s responsibility to receive deliveries.

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.

  • If your parcel is delayed or not moving for more than 5 days, please contact us within 14 working days.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been packed and dispatched. Email us at info@supamart.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.
