Supamart offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

Good & Services Via Website

 

Shopping at Supamart.co.uk

We offer two ways to shop:

• Supamart Members:If you are a Supamart Member you may shop online by login in to your account. Once you have logged in all your prices in collection will automatically be adjusted so you can shop as normal.

 

• Browse and shop: This allows you to purchase on our website without having to purchase a membership without having the discounted membership rates.

 

If you are not satisfied with your Membership, we can cancel your monthly subscription but you would not be refunded for the month you have paid.

 

Once you have become a member of the Supamart team you will not be able to deliver goods to an address that has not been registered/ or is not the registered address for card holder. (If this is done by any member we make revoke their membership).

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices on the website do not include the Monthly Supamart Membership fee which is applied for online. Supamart Membership fees are subject to VAT, which is included in your fee. Supamart Membership fees will be separately itemized in the checkout section on the website and not added to the price of the goods and services.

Nothing in these Site Terms or elsewhere on this website constitutes an offer to Re-sell or supply goods or services, your order of goods or services or application for a Supamart Membership constitutes an offer to purchase them. Our Order Checkout confirms the receipt of your order, but does not constitute an acceptance of it. Once order is paid for and checked out, however, it is our duty to supply the goods you ordered.

Title to goods that you order will pass when the goods are dispatched (i.e. before delivery). We reserve our rights to retain the goods, or recover them from you, at any time until you have paid in full. The risk of loss of or damage to goods that you order will pass to you at the same time as title passes.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods or services ordered via this website if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We welcome debit cards (UK Maestro, Visa Debit), all major credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa), Apple Pay and PayPal online at www.supamart.co.uk.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, or for any other reason we are not able to take payment when we attempt to do so, we will not fulfil your order. We reserve the right to refuse a Membership to any applicant, and we may revoke a membership at any time with or without cause.

Please note that payment for goods must be paid in full immediately on selected items, Before Delivery.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods or services ordered via this website if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title to goods that you order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full for the goods concerned and the goods are delivered to you. We reserve our rights to retain the goods, or recover them from you, at any time until you have paid in full. The risk of loss of or damage to goods that you order will pass to you at the same time as title passes.

Courier & Postage

At Supamart we use multiple carrier companies consisting of the following DHL, Amazon, Evri or DPD. When making a purchase on our website you are agreeing to have your parcel shipped any of the following couriers.

All our parcels are tracked & insured when sent to the customer in order to give the customer a peace of mind when making a purchase on Supamart. However there are a few things that our insurance company does not accept which are stated below;

• The customer has a duty of care to insure that they are home to accept the parcel ( 3 Delivery Attempts failed).
• The courier company has left they parcel unwanted safe place because the customer failed to inform the courier company of there absence.
• If you make changes to your delivery.
• A member of the house refuses the parcel by mistake.
• Failing to inform us within 7 days of dispatch that you have not received your parcel.

Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no ownership to that parcel, it is extremely important that the customer tracks their parcel.
