A Rewards Experience built into every Supamart shop

SupaSave is Supamart’s rewards system. It allows you to collect reward points on eligible purchases and use those points to save on future orders. Everything works automatically, so you can shop as usual while your rewards build quietly in the background.

How SupaSave Adds Value

Every time you place an order on Supamart, reward points are added to your account based on the value of your purchase. Over time, these points can be used to reduce the cost of future orders.

Points are issued automatically once an order has been completed and processed.

Turning Points into Savings

Your SupaSave points can be redeemed as money off your next shop.

●      100 points are equal to £0.10

●      1,000 points are equal to £1.00

At checkout, you can apply available points to your order and enjoy instant savings.

Earning Rewards

  •         Reward points are earned on the final payable amount after discounts
  •         Most products on Supamart are eligible for SupaSave rewards
  •      Points are credited only for successfully completed orders

If you have a Supamart account, SupaSave is already active for you. No registration or activation is required.

Using Your Rewards

  •         Points can be applied during checkout, subject to availability
  •         You may choose how many points to redeem on an order
  •      Points apply as a discount and cannot be exchanged for cash

Your remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.

Your SupaSave Balance

You can view your current SupaSave balance at any time by logging into your Supamart account and visiting your account dashboard. Your balance updates automatically after each purchase or redemption.

Important Information

  •         SupaSave is available to registered Supamart customers
  •         Reward points are earned on completed, non-refunded orders only
  •         If an order is refunded, the related points will be removed
  •         Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared
  •         Points have no cash value outside Supamart
  •         Supamart reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw SupaSave at any time
  •         Abuse or misuse of the rewards system may result in points being revoked
